Does it matter how much activated carbon the purifier has?

I liketo use to remove the air cleaner odor / VOC / etc. and Honeywell / Kaz Air Air Purifier Guy [2]: Are Ozone Air Purifiers Dangerous?” href=”http://ionic-airpurifier.com/ionic-air-purifier/air-purifier-guy-2-are-ozone-air-purifiers-dangerous.html”>Purifiers come with a sheet of activated carbon (model 38 002). Is that sufficient or useful? Or would it be to buy a significant difference to an ionizer, which elevated lbs of activated carbon as Allerair and Austin? I know wth Honeywell, the user must charcoal filter replaced every 3 MB, forward as a more sustainable life for the high-end cleaners, but apart from the shelf, it is a adsorbability significant difference in the “least expensive (eg Honeywell / KAZ) activated carbon and those of the more expensive brands?
