We are renovating the house so there are a lot of dust. I run this for about 1-3 hours at night to the highest speed. Consumer Reports says it's clean look better if you run it on the highest speed. It seems to me to sleep better at night if I have this before bedtime. It is for me not to run when I sleep little. I have less allergies when I use the 503 Blueair.
